LIFELINE SERVICE INFORMATION
Cross Wireless d/b/a Bravado Wireless and Cross Valliant Cellular are designated Lifeline providers by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) and the Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC). Lifeline is a Federal program that lowers the monthly cost of mobile phone service. Eligible customers can receive up to $9.25 reduction of their monthly service bill. You can only receive a Lifeline discount your on mobile phone service with Bravado Wireless.
To be eligible for the Lifeline discount you must qualify and be verified. To qualify, you must meet one of the following conditions and show card, letter, or official document of support:
a. Your income is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The Guideline is set by household size and state. You must show proof of income when you apply. More info on Income Eligibility.
b. Participation by you or someone in your household in one of the below Federal Assistance Programs. More info on Program Eligibility.
Eligible Programs:
– Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
– Medicaid
– Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
– Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
– Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
– Tribal Programs (and live on Tribal Lands)
In addition to the Lifeline Support, an additional $25.00 may be reduced from your monthly service cost if you live on Tribal Lands. Together, the reduction can reduce your monthly service cost by a total of $34.25. You can qualify for the additional reduction if you or someone in your household participates in one of the following programs and resides on Tribal Lands. Again, you must show proof of assistance with official documents, card, or letter. Limit is one per household. More info on Tribal Eligibility.

b. Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assitance
c. Head Start (Only Households meeting Income qualifying standard)
d. Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
e. Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
